Ceilidh Culture Street Fair: 18 - 21 April
Hand Up Media had a busy week relocating Ceilidh Culture Street Fair to Grassmarket! We are delighted to be on this incredible space steeped in history as well independent shops, cafes and bars with visitors and tourists over Easter we will be providing them a wealth of beautiful Scottish arts, crafts, food and drink but also live acoustic music all weekend! We have teamed up with Record Store Day through Avalanche Records so this will be a hugely busy day on Saturday 19th and throughout weekend will be running an Easter Egg trail for children of all ages around Greater Grassmarket.
Fair Trade on the Fringe: 9 - 17 August
Edinburgh City Centre
Fair Trade on the Fringe, a well established international platform for fair trade, ethical gifts from across the globe as well local gifts. Held in a marquee, Fair Trade on the Fringe will again bring together the best of fair trade gifts, foods and drinks, crafts, fashion, jewellery as well street performers and live music.
Products included from from Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, India, Brazil, Peru, Ghana and many other countries across the world. This event supports producers of these products where every penny makes a difference.
The Fair is free to enter and is open from Saturday 9th August until Sunday 17th August between 10am and 6pm daily.
